What we do for you

Honest, end-to-end guidance, wherever you're headed

Every student gets the same clear plan, built around your goals rather than a brochure. Here's what that looks like, step by step.

01

Understand your goals

Your ambitions, your grades and your budget come first. Then we build the plan around them, not the other way round.

02

Shortlist the right universities

A focused shortlist matched to you, drawn from 350+ institutions across seven countries. Quality of fit over length of list.

03

Audit your statement of purpose

Your SOP reviewed line by line, so it reads like it belongs and says what admissions teams need to hear.

04

Review your documents

Every document checked against what admissions and visa teams actually expect, before it's submitted.

05

Guide your visa

Step-by-step guidance through your student visa, from someone who once processed them from the inside.

06

Prepare your arrival

From offer letter to landing on campus, you'll always know what comes next and what to do about it.

Why Think Skyward

Guided by someone who has worked inside the system

Your counsellor spent years inside institutions in London, first as an admissions officer at a UK university and then as Visa Executive at the London campus of a French business school. That first-hand knowledge of how applications are really assessed, and how student visas are actually processed, shapes every shortlist we build, whichever country you're heading to.

An insider's perspectiveYears spent working inside admissions and the visa system, not reading about them from the outside.
Practical visa guidanceStep-by-step help with your student visa and documentation for every destination we work with.
Honest advice, alwaysIf a course, a university or a country isn't right for you, we'll say so.

You'll work with someone who has sat on both sides of the desk

Six years guiding students between India, the Gulf, Africa and Europe. Kyra began in international student recruitment, placing students into UK and Irish universities, then moved to the other side of the desk: first as an admissions officer at a London university, then as Visa Executive at the London campus of a French business school, issuing the very paperwork that gets students there. Today she brings that both-sides perspective to students heading to universities across seven countries, so nothing about the process catches you off guard.

Good questions

The things students ask us first

Straight answers, the same ones you'd get in your first conversation with us.

Which countries can you help me apply to?
The UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, the UAE, France and Germany. Between them, that's access to more than 350 universities through established, registered partners. If you have somewhere else in mind, tell us anyway and we'll be straight with you about whether we can help.
Do you guarantee admission or a visa?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. Admissions and visa decisions are made by universities and governments, not by us. What we can promise is a shortlist you have a real chance at, an application that's as strong as it can be, and a visa file prepared by someone who knows exactly what the people reviewing it are looking for.
When should I start?
Ideally nine to twelve months before your intake. That leaves room for entrance tests, references, scholarship deadlines and the visa process without a last-minute scramble. Applications for the January 2027 and September 2027 intakes are open now, and if you're closer to a deadline than that, get in touch anyway. Later intakes and rolling deadlines exist, and we'll tell you what's realistic.
What do I need for the first consultation?
Your most recent grades or transcripts, a rough idea of your budget, and whatever thoughts you have about subjects and countries, even if they're half-formed. That's enough for us to give you a useful first picture.
Can you help if my grades aren't strong?
Often, yes. There are foundation years, pathway programmes and universities that weigh your whole profile rather than one set of results. We'll be straight with you about what's realistic and where your best options actually are.
Do I need to be in a particular country to work with you?
No. We work with students online, wherever you are. Most of the students we guide are in the UAE, India and across Africa, but the process is the same from anywhere.
